1) My XDH is in town, possibly to stay--but not with me. We're still friends and I'm going to help him find a car! emoticon
2) My SIL is in the hospital, because of the damage to her heart when she had that massive heart attack a while back.
3) My brother, so worried about her, forgets to eat, and he's diabetic. Not good.
4) My sister's Hubby was ATVing with a friend in the mountains, and his friend collapsed-- a heart attack. Thank God Tom knows CPR ! His friend is now in the CCU at the local hospital, still alive.
5) My sister's grandson, aged 13 1/2, is having depression issues because of a raging hormone imbalance, and was prescribed an antidepressant--and it backfired. He's now talking about suicide...
6) I am seriously thinking about writing a soap opera!

Life is GOOD. These things all are learning opportunities...
I'm going to the school of life! LOL

Hope you're all doing well...
Love ya!

    I miss you too! emoticon

Life does tend to happen, lol and sometimes it seems like a wall of concerns and worries that need to be prayed for and people supported. I actually had to leave the country.. literally... for a few weeks because there was so much going on. I've come back refreshed, remembering who I am, and able to keep some boundaries before jumping back in. But I would not have it any other way. The blessing is not being alone and having people around us who care about us too. I hope you found a car. Or that the right car found you. Hehehe, it seems to happen more often than not that way. My sister and sister in law have health problems right now too. I think most of my nieces and nephews are doing OK thank God and touch wood. My kids too. Depression seems to have done its wave of damage and lives are beginning to grow again. I'm not sure I have confidence in the medical system's way of dealing with it but it is sure not understood.

Today there is a sweat lodge at my friend's horse farm. It is so tempting. Last time was quite the experience. I started the day with a walk with my friend. The air is crisp but the temps will rise later. Definitely the later part of summer is here. I am loving it. The birds, the sunshine and thunder showers, and all the fresh produce. We are very blessed!

You and your ex always had a great relationship. I hope he is back to stay and that he finds a good car.

I'm sorry to hear about your brother and SIL.I hope they both start taking care of themselves because they need each other.

Your sister and her family have their hands full too.

I'm hoping that everything turns out well for everyone. I hope you are doing well at least.

All I can say is . . . .YIKES! Glad you XDH is moving closer. Hope your SIL is doing better and your brother takes care of himself! Thank God your sister's DH knows CPR! Hope his friend pulls through.

I am very sorry to hear about the 13 yr. old. That is a really, really tough age when many youngsters go thru depression, quite often really worsened by the hormonal surges. Prayers for ALL.

All I can say is it is worthy of a soap opera. You just cannot make this stuff up, can you. Who'd want to!
