Working on staying under 1200 calories and using the Eat to Live program as a blueprint. The main change is no or little fruit.
I don't actually need to avoid fruit for the calories or carbs but I was having other issues.
I might have to put a message on the author's page to see how he would address a person susceptible to yeast overgrowth and the issue of too much sugar when dealing with pain.
So far so good staying on track and tracking my foods.
