Update on Reality Check

Fact: to lose weight, I have to eat less. Measure more. Stop the excuses.
Update: I am eating less. still need to measure more
Fact: to lose weight, I have to move more.
Update: This one has been rough during May. June will be better.
Fact: to lose weight, I have to eat more veggies.
Update: am keeping cut up veggies to eat raw.
Fact: to lose weight, I have to stop eating at night because I lose all control once I start.
Update: am doing much better on this. Still have occasional binge nights, but also have nights where I don't snack at all.
Possible: I may need to leave some teams and join others - then become active to get the support I need.
Update: haven't left any teams because my supportive friends are there.
Possible: I may need to keep the friends who support me on a regular basis and let the others go.
Update: I have gone through my friends list and may do so on a monthly basis because I see that it is the same people who reply on friend feed.
Fact: to get support, I need to give support. A smaller friend circle will help me do this. I need to think on this one.
Update: need to work on this one.
Fact: I have started new spark streaks to help me do this.
Update: these streaks are showing me what I need to work on.
I will lose 3 pounds for real this month.
Update: didn't happen!
Time to get REAL.
Update: notice some improvement so will take that as a win for the month. On to June to continue working.

    Congrats on all the improvements you've made! I'm really happy for you. I know how hard it is; I'm struggling alot too. I know what to do to loose the weight, but I just can't seem to stick the program beyond a few days :( Feeling much encouragement from your progress and maybe it'll help spark me on to stay on the ball!

    It seems I gain and lose the same 5 lbs each month (many times each month). I really think measuring would do me good ... You're a great influence and inspiration. I need to move more ... My pool would be a great start I've gotten in once this year.

    I've decided I have to take things slower this time around if I ever want to get to the point where I lose the weight and keep it off. Right now I lose 3 pounds and gain them back, over and over again. I have to get moving more and maybe that will motivate me to eat better. It seems I have to be so much more strict with what I eat as I've gotten older. Good luck!
