Yesterday I went easy on the deadlift as on Thursday I put Hams & Quads thru its paces with 17 Sets, 234 Reps for 12,810. Lbs.
Deadlift went 1x10x135, 1x8x185, 1x5x205, 1x5x225, 1x5x245 for 5 Sets, 28 Reps at 6,205 Lbs. Incline Bench Press went for 5 Sets, 24 Reps at 1,830 Lbs.
Overall I went easy on my body for a total workout of 10 Sets, 23 Reps for 8,035.
Today being rest day I have my work cut out taking care of the "Honey Do" list
No rest for the wicked???
