It was the best of months, it was the worst of months. Haha I saw my lowest weight this month, but it seemed to be somewhat short lived. I guess I need to be thankful that it's not a mystery as to why I'm not continually losing. I'm not being consistent with my good choices. I do really well, and then I lose momentum. Ugh. BUT.. I'm thankful, because I know there are those that are doing everything right and still don't see the scale move. .. and now I kinda feel guilty about not taking advantage of the fact that I CAN lose if I eat better ALL THE TIME instead of randomly.
The good news is.. I have been much better about getting my mid-week runs in. I signed up for my 2nd half marathon of 2016. It's not till November, so I have plenty of time to train. I just want to ease into those long distances, so I'm not feeling rushed this fall. Still need to work on getting some ST in though. That is always a struggle for me. I can do cardio all day long, but ST seems to take actual effort. LOL
Goals for June:
*Run atleast 3x's a week
*ST 2x a week
*Eat low carb 6 days a week
*Drink 64 oz of water daily
Lastly, I came across this gem and it really convicted me.
