June Day 2

Back to work today - I did feel refreshed after vacation and tried REALLY hard to stay positive - it worked for most of the day.. my job is so stressful right now and I have to actively work really hard not to FREAK OUT sometimes!!! emoticon but all in all a pretty good day. I managed to say NO to the free crackers and soda anyway emoticon

Breakfast was a delish homemade burrito with egg, pepper, onion, 1/4 avacado and salsa
Friut salad snack
Lunch frozen buffalo cauliflower - so good but wayyyy high in sodium?!
7 Salt n vinegar almonds for small snack to tie me over until I got home
Finishing up the veggie chili for dinner

It was POURING on the way home from work and exhausted from the thunder storms last night - my very thunder phobic dog was up all night whining emoticon which equaled no emoticon

A little bummed I didn't even try to run tonight - even 1 mile seemed really daunting with my very sore legs. It is amazing how many muscles you use to run though! I'm sore in all sorts of places

I did at least do a yoga stretch video and 10 push ups.

Here's to a good day tomorrow filled with positive thoughts, healthy food and some good exercise!! emoticon Going to track my food tonight, read a little and catch some zZzZz
