Haven't seen my bakini area since. .....idk?

Wednesday, June 01, 2016

Yep! I said it. Last night while on my way into the shower standing in front of the mirror with nothing but my birthday suit on I suddenly noticed 2 things. 1) my lower belly fat was lifting quite drastically and in fact had completely lifted from my bakini area. I was excited, confused, curious as to when that had actually happened and why I hadn't noticed it before. It was like sometime during the day my belly fat decided that it was time to remove itself. 2) I wanted to stand there, in the mirror, wasting water (in az no doubt) and look at where my belly fat used to be and what had been hiding there this whole time. I mean seriously! You know the part I'm talking about right? That smooth part of front of your hips where your panties were meant to sit but have always been above your bellybutton because otherwise your belly touches your thighs if you dare where a dress. That made me crazy. 2lbs ago I had several choices. I could live in granny panties and where all the dresses I wanted, I could where the panties I wanted to wear, be uncomfortable as hell and never where another dress (not my favorite option ) or I could drastically change the way I did things, saw things, ate things, cooked things and drank things and enjoy my life and the many surprises that will unfold right before my very eyes. I obviously chose the latter and boy, I have no regrets about maintaining a paleo lifestyle with daily exercise and strength training. I win at life!

Funny lady! Yes, it IS a shock when we see the bikini area for the first time in A-G-E-S! You're not alone. Went thru that too.

    Well, ENJOY! You've earned it.
