Here we go again

I start, I have some progress, I back slide and I stop, and then I start again.
However, it took me a long time to quit smoking, so I know I just need to keep working at it.
My goals this week:
1. Stay within my calorie ranges using DASH diet guidelines (lower fat and sat fat than Spark).
2. Do my PT 2x/day.
3. Move more, even it is getting up and filling my water from the further water cooler. My hips feel better when I move.
4. Cook dinner each night, including using slow cooker. Saw a new recipe for chicken thighs that I'm going to try.
5. Track everything.
