My Back Squat; did not go as planned. Got a mild cramp in my left adductor during warm ups so & kept the weight at 63% of 1RM & below as follows; 1x8x66, 1x5x116, 3x2x136, 1x8x136 for 6 Sets, 27 Reps at 2,432 Lbs.

Bench Press; went better with 8 Sets, 50 Reps for 4,200 Lbs.
Pecs 2-routines for 6 Sets, 63 Reps at 2,910 Lbs.
Delts; 2-routines for 6 Sets, 60 Reps at 430 Lbs.
Arms 2-routines for 6 Sets, 54 Reps at 1,560.
Quads & Hams 3-routines for 6 Sets, 66 Reps at 7,815 Lbs.

Total workout 38 Sets, 320 Reps at 19,357 Lbs. (9.67 tons) completed in 2-hours & 3-minutes.
