Getting ready for the "Balance "

I will be eating eggs (no toast or bacon) & an orange & berries for breakfast & tea. Lunch is 4oz chicken or tuna fish & 2cups lettuce & veggies. Later Afternoon "Balance Medical " bar. Dinner 5oz chicken, lean hamburger, or tuna fish, 2 cups to unlimited veggies (no peas or corn) Other: Drink at least 3-twelve oz bottles of water per day & diet jello ketchup mustard & spices are OK. Anytime: 1 boiled egg, 1 cup any fresh fruit & unlimited veggies.
First Phase is a cleansing, detoxify my liver so I can start to burn fat
This is what I will be eating starting Tuesday till next MD appointment
Doesn't sound too bad except I hate veggies (I do like hot beats & canned green beans)
I will be going through chocolate withdraws. I had all chocolate for lunch today including chocolate milk. Milk is another no no and no cereal either
I just hope I live through the first phase. I just might die. LOL
