With this huge weight gain someone who knows me well basically said YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.
Tracking Food
Getting Up and Move
Drink water
Portion control
Making wise choices
So hard it seems that like so many of us want to quit this path. Have to remind slow and steady wins the race. Another friend said don't go overboard the first week and then you get frustrated and you quit. That is so true This is my third day and difficulty with getting up and move more and still not making the best choices. But will continue to take those small steps.
