A Wake Up Call.

Last summer I had lost a lot of weight so I got to buy a new wardrobe but now have gained that weight back and then some. Needless to say clothes are getting tight and I do not want throw these out. Also there's nothing worst than watching the scale go up and up. So you'd think that would get me motivated, which it did just a couple of days ago. Then today I learned why my aches and pains have gotten worst. I know my weight has made the problem worst but with diet and the right exercise am hoping when I see the orthopedic surgeon I won't have to go under the knife..yet. To me facing surgery and being confronted with what I have done to my body because of poor diet and not getting enough exercise means I HAVE TO get on track and most important stay on it.
