Thought and Prayer for Thursday, May 26, 2016

Thursday, May 26, 2016

When we are watching a movie or reading a book, we don't always have all the facts right away. The writer is really good at giving us just the information we need at that moment. The more we get into the story, the more we learn about the people and the plot. All information is revealed at just the right time. God, our Creator, has written our story. He knows everything about us. He knows the beginning and end. And He will reveal to us just what we need at just the right time when we put our hope and faith in Him.

Titus 1:3 "And now at just the right time he has revealed this message, which we announce to everyone. It is by the command of God our Savior that I have been entrusted with this work for him." (NLT)

Dear Lord, thank You. Thank You for Your perfect plan. Thank You for revealing to us just what we need to know when we need to know it. We know You have everything under control. We know in the end victory will be Yours because You are God over everything. What we don't know is what is going to happen exactly between now and the end. However, we trust in You and put our hope in You knowing You will reveal it all to us at just the right time. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus' name. Amen.

God will reveal what we need to know and experience at just the right time.

We know more than we did when we were younger but we don't know what tomorrow will bring. God knows and we can trust in Him.

God wants us to know He has everything under control and will take care of us day by day.

We shouldn’t rush God and ask Him for things before it is time.

We don't know what will happen to us between now and the end of the world but we can know God will reveal it to us in His time.

1 Timothy 6:15a "For, At just the right time Christ will be revealed from heaven by the blessed and only almighty God." (NLT)

Focus: This world may be shaky and times may be uncertain but God knows all and He will take care of the present and future.
