TAKING A NAP

Working night shift doesn't help with getting enough hours of sleep, so when I am busy running doing chores or whatever, I don't want to punish myself to continue but to take time to take nap even if it is just 20 - 30 minutes and I found that has helped me a great deal. I don't want to stress myself too hard without listening to my body and making sure I rest as needed. REST, REST, REST IS GOOD FOR THE MIND & BODY.
