For all the times that you don't see immediate results, just remember that the choices we make every day matter. Everything in moderation, including exercise. Over exerting yourself every day for any length of time will become a burnout, then all of the progress could be lost. Working out isn't about punishing your body because you ate that extra donut or slice of pizza. You aren't "bad" for eating, and exercise is not a punishment to cancel out something you ate. It is supposed to make us feel strong, empowered and comfortable in our skin. We are blessed to have the mobility to find the movements that we think are fun. These two pictures are quite some time apart, and there are some noticeable differences. I've went through all kinds of unhealthy relationships between fitness and nutrition. I feel like I am finally coming to a place of balance in not feeling guilty for eating chocolate, or feeling the need to bust my ass to appease what other people feel I should look like. I am enough, right now. I am worthy of love as I am, right now. Everyone is 😘
