I continue to make slow and steady progress on the weight loss. I have a bit of a glitch with my exercise this week. I've been doing Jodi Stolove's 45 minute "Chair Dancing Through the Decades" seated aerobic exercise DVD every day since the first of February.

Now my shoulder is acting up so I need to take a few days and rest it. Then I'll probably do a few days of the SparkPeople 11 minute seated aerobics exercise video before I go back to the 45 minute video.

    Sorry to hear about your shoulder! Love the cartoon, it would be great it, we could reshape ourselves with a brush and eraser. That said, I am such a bad drawer that I might look like the potato character that we used to draw at kindergarten.

    emoticon Good for you! Last week when my knee was really bothering me I just gave up instead of making some adaptations and doing something else! I'm back on track but wish I was more flexible when I need to make changes!
