I continue to make slow and steady progress on the weight loss. I have a bit of a glitch with my exercise this week. I've been doing Jodi Stolove's 45 minute "Chair Dancing Through the Decades" seated aerobic exercise DVD every day since the first of February.
Now my shoulder is acting up so I need to take a few days and rest it. Then I'll probably do a few days of the SparkPeople 11 minute seated aerobics exercise video before I go back to the 45 minute video.
