Goal Day! May 22nd

So this past week flew by!! But I'm down an overall 7 pounds in 3 weeks!!! 😁 That kept me well within my two pounds a week goal. And I easily kept the no fast food goal. Which is awesome!!! Struggled finding time to walk three times a week for an hour, but completed half of that goal. Packed snacks and lunches like I'd planned on most days. But overall, stayed way under my calorie goal which is still frustrating me. Water intake is getting easier. Met or exceeded the 6 glasses a day I set for myself. Helps that it's getting hot out finally too!!! However, when I did measurements, I haven't moved much, if at all in inches. So we'll just keep trying. And the strength exercises got abandoned due to work.
This upcoming weeks goals!
*8 cups of water per day
*3 days a week of strength exercises.
*Alter food choices to meet calorie goals more often.
*Stay away from soda!
