Today was long run day... and it wasn't raining.. hooray! I headed out and was able to get in 6 miles before breakfast. After breakfast, I had a nail appointment (priorities!) and got the last appointment so took a break to get my nails done. DH had some errands to run and I still had 5 miles to run so after I got home I finished up. The interesting thing about doing a long run is when you finish you feel very accomplished. It sets a good tone for the rest of the day.

After lunch, I decided to continue with the outside clean-up project. I made some good progress and the front of the house now looks like a house... Woo Hoo. I also did some bark dust around the entry and around some of the little plants I planted last month. The bag of bark dust is actually rubber... not wood. It looks like bark dust but it is made from shredded rubber.. tires I think. It looks good and I think it will probably last longer.

I did a little packing in the trailer and will finish up in the morning. We want to get on the road around 10:00 and are meeting my Sis/BIL for lunch at the Tillamook Cheese Factory. I have been there a couple of times but BIL has never been there. It is quite the operation and they also have a ice cream counter. Tillamook Ice Cream is pretty rich so the plan is to have one scoop only. Hold me to that.. okay!

1/2 c mixed fruit
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries and dollop of FF whip

Hard Boiled Egg

Spinach and Cheese Ravioli with Marinara topped with Parmesan
Rosemary Cracker with wedge of laughing cow
Glass of Pino Grigio
