So today is day 15 of my new low carb lifestyle. I HAVE to succeed at this. I'm down 18 pounds so far this month, but the scale has been bouncing around for several days now, but I'm feeling confident I'm doing the right thing.

I went shopping today and bought me one of those small kitchen grills to cook my meat on. It was seriously $10. I've already cooked some chicken on it. Win!

Also my appetite has vanished. It is seriously bizarre not to be craving food and sugar. I eat when I'm hungry, and that's it. I love it.
