Work+ Dieting=Chaos

May 18th Started a new job today. I've eaten less than three hundred calories all day and it's nearly 3:30pm. This is going to be a pain!! Especially since this job requires a lot of lifting and moving, so I'm burning a bunch of cals. Gonna have to figure out how to work in good meals or quick healthy snacks!!! Today is measurement day too! Excited for that!!! Down a pound this morning. Hoping with all the cardio I'm down inches too! Have a great week everyone!!

    Look up some homemade granola so you can control the calories and content and also make some homemade trail mix. Put it into preportioned ziplocks and put them in your car. You'll never be without some high quality calories when needed.
