You can do this. Welcome back! I regained as well. It's so hard. But we can do this. Let's do this together!

Aren't you lucky to have beautiful paths to walk. Do what's sustainable. Don't burn yourself out. Those small consistent changes DO make a difference. Those 10 minutes add up. emoticon

I am wishing you EVERY success. Please ping me if I can help at all.

I'm with you sister. I ride that roller coaster with you. Right now I am focusing on not despairing about the flab. I am focusing on the amazing warrior inside my body.
I just read this great quote that said, "anybody can go to the gym for an hour. Strength comes from what you put on your dinner plate". Keep on walking, find ways to move. When its time for the gym you'll know. But, in the mean time, don't eat the pop tart. LOL
Can't wait for your next vlog.

Hey CARPENTERGAL, I just watched your vlog. I just wanted to encourage you to just start. I have been on this journey for awhile now, and I have just figured out how mental the whole process is. I have not lost a lot of weight, but I have become addicted to the feeling of accomplishment. If you can find someone to walk with, that would make you want to show up with them. If not, just walk to that bus stop, turn around and walk back home. That is a start, then when you are ready, walk pass the bus stop, turn around and walk back to the house. And celebrate small steps. I love to tell myself "girl you did that!" no matter what it is. I am cheering for you, I know you can reach your goals, and I will be looking for your next vlog. You got this!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
