Am I Eating Enough?

So I had a great day yesterday. I was right at 1100 calories. They were quality calories too. Protein and veggies. I didn't workout, but 200+ of those calories were from a delicious, generous, glass of Moscato. Today, I felt blah.... low on energy, kind of nauseous, and had a terrible headache. I couldn't help but wonder if this was from sugar detoxing--- for several weeks (about 8) I have been binging on sugary junk food snacks. Yesterday was the first day I did not have any junk food (unless you count the Moscato- OMG the sugar!). OR I am wondering if I felt bad because I need more than 1100 calories to function properly? I didn't like the way I felt today. I didn't even go to CrossFit because I felt weak. I'd like to stay under 1200 calories until I get my weightloss rolling. I know my metabolism is shot due to my history of yo yo dieting, and just like the former Biggest Loser contestants I need to eat less than a normal person in order to maintain my weight, let alone lose weight. I guess I will play it by ear.... I'm under 1200 again tonight and hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.
