Weigh-In -- 15May16

Sorry I've been missing -- sometimes I just forget to blog.

Goals for the last week of April -

Water - at least 64 oz every day emoticon
10 or more minutes of cardio every day emoticon

4500 steps a day - 6days (weekdays & Sat) --- not doing real well with this one

Arm and shoulder strength training - 3 days --- averaged about two days a week

Food tracking at least 5 days - get into the Spark range most days ---- tracked a couple weeks but last week I didn't. Still not hitting my range very consistently.


Goals for next week -

We've had quite a bit of rain here the past few weeks. Everything is green and most of the trees have leaves. Lilacs are blooming - that's about 10 days early.
