Weekly Goal Day!! Got a lot coming up next week. Heck the rest of this month is insane! But I'm hoping that'll keep me motivated and on my toes!! So I'm going to set weekly goals every Sunday to aim for. Let's see if I can remember to do them all lol!! *Avoid fast food unless it's salad. *Drink at LEAST 6 cups of water a day. *Find two new cardio workouts to try. *Walk at least 3 times this week for an hour. *Keep up 20 min strengthening workouts everyday! *Log Every Bite!!! *Start planning meals ahead. I think that's a good goal set for this week. Not putting in a weight loss one due to the fact that I'm tired of being disappointed. Decided to measure instead of weigh as often. Mind over matter!! I hope everyone has a fantastic week and God bless!

Lol sounds like we're having similar struggles!! I've barely lost anything the past two weeks, but I'm down inches. So I'm just going with that for now and building momentum. Best of luck to you!!! And thanks for your comments! :)

Good idea to measure instead of weigh. I need to lose 3.6 pounds the rest of this month to meet my weight goal. It will be tough. I've been averaging 1 to 2 pounds a week, but mostly closer to 1.2 to 1.4 pounds, so I think I will need to work out a bit more to meet the goal.

If I don't make it, I'll just add the extra to my June/July goal! My goal was 10 pounds in 2 months and I had lost 6.6 of it in 5 weeks, but gained 0.2 last week, so I'm scrambling to catch up! I gained because of Mother's Day. My husband wanted to go eat Mexican food, so we did. I had enchiladas! I knew better, but I hadn't had Mexican food for over 4 months and it's my favorite, so I was weak!
