Weekly Goal Day!!
Got a lot coming up next week. Heck the rest of this month is insane! But I'm hoping that'll keep me motivated and on my toes!! So I'm going to set weekly goals every Sunday to aim for. Let's see if I can remember to do them all lol!!
*Avoid fast food unless it's salad.
*Drink at LEAST 6 cups of water a day.
*Find two new cardio workouts to try.
*Walk at least 3 times this week for an hour.
*Keep up 20 min strengthening workouts everyday!
*Log Every Bite!!!
*Start planning meals ahead.
I think that's a good goal set for this week. Not putting in a weight loss one due to the fact that I'm tired of being disappointed. Decided to measure instead of weigh as often. Mind over matter!!
