I have really been hittin the whole work out thing pretty hard. I'm getting a little tired. I think I need a day off. Today I couldnt do as much on the eliptical as I could on Monday. I think it might be because of lack of sleep..and i'm not really giving my legs a chance to rest since i'm working them almost every day. I'm hitting the gym Mon, Wed, Fri. and on Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun i'm walking 2 miles. I think for my weight...I might need a day off. I think I might take Saturday off and not walk that day...or i'll just walk slowly.

Anyway..i'm definitely not less motivated..i'm just a little wore out I think. I dont want to lose this fire and drive..so a little break I think will do the trick so that I dont get discouraged.

I CANT WAIT until I weigh less and less because the main reason why I have to get off the eliptical is because my feet go numb. The lighter I am...the longer I can stay on and my feet dont go numb. I've tried new shoes and loosening the laces..tightening the laces...wiggling my toes...it just doesnt work. I just need to lose weight. But hey..thats what we are all here for right? So lets do it!!! On we go...
