Six hundred and eight nine days to get fit by forty

Today was a busy day. Went to church and later shopping. Got my workouts in - Yoga and a Sweaty Betty workout on you tube.
My eating was pretty much good, but in the evening I had vada (a savory fried snack), but I have managed to stay within my calorie count.
Yesterday I had uploaded a pretty flattering pic of me with Angie covering my front. I don't like putting up unflattering pics of me up for others to view, but I don't want to hide behind anyone or anything so here are some not so unflattering pics that I took today.
In another month, I plan on posting another progress pic. I am going to make this happen cause I know I am worth it.
