Day 12 - Lose the Belly

Well, I didn't lose any weight today! We friends from work threw me a retirement party and had all of my favorite foods. I just enjoyed myself! We had so much fun! I did eat very light the rest of the day and got in a one mile walk. I tracked my food as best I could and figure I went about 500-600 calories over. It was definitely worth it!
