I've been sore for days...which is an awesome experience! I have been careful to not push myself too hard so that I don't give up. But keep pushing through workouts each day so that it builds through the pain. I'm not losing pounds. But I'm gaining muscle! Omgosh!! :) I hiked around a lake today for just over an hour. It felt great! Gonna pay for it tomorrow. But the soreness just means I'm gaining ground. If I wake up in the morning and have a hard time getting out of bed..I'm more than OK with that! It just means I'm making my body work for the things I want to do!
The last 2 weeks have been such an eye opener for me. So much has changed. And I see things in such a different light than I did. And I believe that's an important key to changing your lifestyle and losing weight. You have to SEE the changes. See the end result. See the meal planning. The less back pain. The less frequent tummy aches etc. It's crazy how fast your body adapts to change!! I already feel so much better! I can't even imagine what a year from now will feel like!!! :D And thanks to all those on here that lend their support each and every day to everyone around them. You're all a blessing!!
