Day 10 - Lose the Belly

It rained most of the day, but I finally got our for my walk this evening. I was determined to do it, thinking about how good yesterday's walk felt. It was a nice fresh, clean evening, with all of the tree pollen finally washed out of the air!

Another pretty good food day. Had my Dr Pepper but fit it into my calorie range. Tomorrow I will skip it.

I feel like I'm getting the hang of this!

    Doesn't if feel good to do something positive for yourself? You are doing awesome! I need that motivational kick some days too. But the exercise does make a huge difference in overall mental and physical health. So many benefits......Thanks for sharing :)
