Not eating enough....

One of my biggest challenges is not eating enough as I try to limit my carbs to 45grams per meal. I either crave junk food (straight carbs) or I am not particularly hungry at all. I have been eating more fruit and veggie but trying to get more calories in without eating unhealthy food is proving to be rough.
I thinkI will try to add in avocado with balsalmic vinegar tomorrow to see if that helps.
The biggest difference is that I am no longer a sedentary person, so my calories have gone up accordingly. But my bodies sugar issues are difficult!
