Not eating enough....

One of my biggest challenges is not eating enough as I try to limit my carbs to 45grams per meal. I either crave junk food (straight carbs) or I am not particularly hungry at all. I have been eating more fruit and veggie but trying to get more calories in without eating unhealthy food is proving to be rough. I thinkI will try to add in avocado with balsalmic vinegar tomorrow to see if that helps. The biggest difference is that I am no longer a sedentary person, so my calories have gone up accordingly. But my bodies sugar issues are difficult!

    I mostly use olive oil, but have become a fan of coconut lately so I will try it! I made a really nice curry the other day and realized I need more coconut in my life.

    I also am eating lots of fish and chicken so variety will help there also.

    For dressing use 2 tbsp olive oil & 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar shake well & eat up. :) Me & the avacado are about to become really good friends too. Do you use butter or coconut oil to cook with? If not do. It's a good source of good fat & will add up.
