Blah Feelings Restart

So I haven't been on lately. For a little bit I was still trying to eat healthy and exercise but was just falling down on taking the time to track. Then I started letting portion sizes get bigger and then bigger. After that it was not a far step back to not so healthy choices especially for snacks. I can be better for the most part for healthy meals. Right now it is snack choices that are being my pitfalls. Of course, the past two weeks I have been sick with a sinus infection that came on quickly. But that is 98% gone now, except some pressure induced vertigo. Now two weeks of feeling tired, the lazy pattern has set in. But tomorrow is a new day. I have a goal to walk at least a mile around the neighborhood after work or maybe before if I can get my lay bones out of bed. Then start back on portions. Save the hard stuff for next week. Healthy choices and back to the gym and zumba class.
