Day 9 - Lose the Belly

Well, today was better. I still didn't want to go our for a walk (cool, windy, dreary day), but told myself I could do 10 minutes...and once I got out there, it wasn't so bad! I ended up doing a mile in 24 minutes and felt GREAT afterwards! If only I could remember that good feeling every day to help me make it past the "I don't wanna" whine! :)
Have been eating well and drinking my water. Skipped my beloved Dr Pepper today without any trouble.
