Day 8 - Lose the Belly

Yesterday I thought I would be ready today to "hit it" again, but I was wrong! I felt lazy and unmotivated all day. My eating was just OK, and I didn't exercise at all. I did lose about a half pound over the week, which at least is going in the right direction. The best news is that I seem to have lost an inch of this belly!!!!!

Sometimes I can jump right back in after an "off" day, and sometimes it just seems to derail me for far too long. I haven't determined yet what makes the difference.

    I took a 2 week day off! lol But I am back at it again with renewed motivation. I don't recommend that long of course as it took a lot of will power to get up and moving again. You will be back in no time, just listen to your body! And Congratulations on your loss of belly and weight!!! emoticon
