Day 8 - Lose the Belly

Yesterday I thought I would be ready today to "hit it" again, but I was wrong! I felt lazy and unmotivated all day. My eating was just OK, and I didn't exercise at all. I did lose about a half pound over the week, which at least is going in the right direction. The best news is that I seem to have lost an inch of this belly!!!!!
Sometimes I can jump right back in after an "off" day, and sometimes it just seems to derail me for far too long. I haven't determined yet what makes the difference.
