Another important exercise as I enter midlife

Kegels (pronounced like bagels) are an exercise I've done sporadically over the years, but I'm just finding out that I've not been doing them as well as I could have. Keeping the tailbone out from under you, so you're kind of sitting on the pelvic floor area, is important. So sit up and get those kegels going!
