Had a Rough Weekend

Well folks, my weigh in is Wednesday and I'm not so sure how this week is going to look. I was successful last week with my birthday but this week was my husband's grandmother's 80th birthday and my friend's 25th birthday. Both occasions led to a gluttony of food and drink and I did not focus on what was right for my weight loss. Looking back I know exactly the things that I should have done that could have helped to aid me rather than hurt me, and although that doesn't help me right now, it will in the long run. The important thing is to look at times like this as a step back in the wrong direction and get right back on the forward path rather than let it derail me completely. In it's own way, I suppose that is success too.
