This past week has been rough. Lots of work hours logged. I even worked throughout the weekend.. and late again tonight. I'm trying out a new kickboxing video tonight. Good way to blow off some steam, I think,
Afternoon and early evening is still tough for me. I'm hoping to find some new strategies for tackling that so I don't head for the junk food.
Finished the first 21-day challenge. While I didn't lose much, I have gained a better sense of discipline, particularly in eating out, logging my meals (with the exception of dinners), and exercising more.
To actually see the numbers move more, I'm thinking I need to boost my activity levels. May also try the 21 day sugar fix. Has anyone else tried that challenge?
