Our bedrooms are all on the second floor along with our full bath. It is amazing to me some days how many times I have to go up and down those darn stairs ! Too bad I don't know how to track all of them.

That's not a small victory. that's a huge victory. I tried climbing stairs once. I thought a 5 min. warm-up, then 20min. workout. I did the 5 mins. and I was all out of breath, no way could I do 20mins, more. so I quit. I guess I should have kept tring the next day, maybe in time I could have done 20mins. maybe I'll try again .
