Sitting down for few hours does not help especially if I am on the computer. Lately, I have been having pain on my bottom, I guess for sitting too long. So rather than taking medicine to help with the pain, I just decided to move around. If I sit for a little while, I make sure I get up move around or do something even at work. Going to the gym has helped me but days that I don't go, I try as much as possible to walk around.

    You might want a new pillow to sit on, though, at the computer. They make some that take the pressure off of your tailbone, which might be what you need. They have these "donut" cushions, as well as these angled cushions that have a cut-out, so that your tailbone is actually off of the cushion, and there's no pressure on it at all.

    emoticon I truly Believe that "Movement Is Medicine". Our Bodies were made to move and we need to learn the Best Type and Amount of Movement for us.
