COMMITING TO MOVE

Sitting down for few hours does not help especially if I am on the computer. Lately, I have been having pain on my bottom, I guess for sitting too long. So rather than taking medicine to help with the pain, I just decided to move around. If I sit for a little while, I make sure I get up move around or do something even at work. Going to the gym has helped me but days that I don't go, I try as much as possible to walk around.
