When I started this journey this year, I wasn't quite sure I could do it. I joined a ton of groups, downloaded lots of apps, and bought things that were supposed to make it easier.
After the first month, I was totally disappointed with the results.
Then, I stumbled upon Spark. And without much thought joined it too and downloaded the app. And something changed for me. I started engaging with the community, reading the articles and using the trackers.
A month later I wasn't where I wanted to be, but I was making progress that I felt good about. More importantly, I felt that I could succeed at my goal of healthy eating for a lifetime.
