My birthday is Saturday, and it always tends to be troublesome in the healthy lifestyle arena. I tend to have a big fancy meal, get a taste of what I'm refraining from and I can't stop. My food train gets derailed, and I can't get it back on track. This year is different! I did splurge a bit, but I still exercised. I didn't take any food from the meals home, and I'm right back on track again! My actual birthday will be celebrated with a weekend in the woods, healthy meals, and lots of hiking. This is my year to take control of my life! PS...two birthday dinners and I still lost .5lbs this week!
