Day 4 - Lose the Belly

Another pretty good day. No walking but did about 45 minutes of window washing & vacuuming - definitely got my heart rate up! Then this evening we went canoeing - it was an absolutely beautiful evening with no wind!

Kept the calorie intake within range and drank all my water.
