Day 3 - Lose the Belly

I didn't do my regular walk today, but did some major shopping - was on my feet and moving for 4.5 to 5 hours. I know that doesn't count as official exercise, but I know I burned more calories than sitting on the couch!
I ate within my calorie range but was rather high on fats. Yesterday I was higher on carbs, and the day before that higher than usual on protein, so I figure that everything averaged out pretty well in the long run. I packed a healthy lunch for the car so I wouldn't be tempted to stop for fast food.
