Mentally exhausted!!

I've been trying new foods, even ones from the sparks recipes and this week I haven't lost anything! I've watched my portions and my calories. I've been doing excersises and nothing!! What's wrong! In one month I've only lost 5 pounds, I mean I'm happy with that but I would like more than that.

    remember that muscle weighs more than fat, your body is changing. When the scale doesn't move like you want think of the non scale victories like walking father, clothes fitting better etc. Your on the right path. You've got this!

    There is a lot going on you cannot see, you're gaining muscle, losing fat around organs, making your heart stronger, all things the scale can't tell you :)
