...We are all working on something. So many of the times we eat and it is not really out of hunger but auto-pilot or hurt feelings...or for sure Stress causes us to reach for the food. We are working on Learning our Minds and Our Emotions and How they all relate back to our Food Choices...One thing I know for certain...Processed Foods are a Key Component in Stress Eating...Meaning if it has more than 1 ingredient it is Probably a cause for your Stress...Or a Contributor anyway. We don't even know enough about Processed Foods...We Trust way too much that they will not harm us...but they are the Culprit for keeping us Over-stressed-Overburdened-and Overweight.
