Got both of my walks in yesterday. Therefore my legs are crying today. But that just says I'm making progress. Struggling with starting a strength program. I don't think I can afford a gym membership right now, so YouTube videos it'll be. Hopefully, I can get that off the ground and going!! Got a lot going on in the next few weeks. Getting schooling figured out. Getting an internship started. Kiddos are almost out of school. Medical appointments. Ack! Lol! Just gotta stay focused.. Stay focused damnit!!! Woke up to another pound gone this morning! Nothing better than that feeling right there!!! Now to add more pounds gone and keep them off!! I think the hardest part about all of this is switching to a different lifestyle and fitting it into your life. There are days where I wonder when I'll even have time to eat. (So how did I gain all this weight?!? Lol) And when am I going to take 30 mins to go walk? And another 15-20 to lift weights. 15 for yoga. It's a lot of time. But it's something I really want. So getting rid of other things to fit it in is essential. And I've been involving my kids in my activities as well. :D They like most of them lol!! Have a great week all!!
