#534: Streaking on SparkPeople

At some point my streak of daily logging in and spinning the points wheel emoticon grabbed me and it became an obsession of sorts to keep it going. emoticon

Through a week's hospital stay emoticon and days when my computer was down emoticon and I had to use one at the library, the streak continued. emoticon

Today it reached 2,200 consecutive days, more than six years. emoticon

Some may wonder why there hasn't been more of a weight loss over this period of time emoticon but considering the side effects of weight gain from medications and dealing with a severe back injury that has limited how much exercise I can do, I am proud that I have gone from 290.4 pounds to 259, a 31 pound loss. That may not seem much but it is more than a 10.7% loss of body weight. emoticon

The next goal? To reach 2,300 consecutive days and keep taking my weight loss one healthy meal, one exercise, one positive day at a time while believing I CAN do this, one pound at a time!
