Day 1 of Lose The Belly

OK, I'm off to a good start. Today I had a fruit & spinach-filled smoothie for breakfast, a big veggie-laden salad with a hard boiled egg for lunch, and Thai chicken & vegetable curry with brown rice for dinner. Skipped my one daily Dr Pepper today. Went for a 13 minute walk - I'm not ready for the Olympic trials yet, but it's a start. :) Now we'll see how tomorrow goes - the first day is always the easiest!

    Good for you - yes, the first day is the easiest but it sounds like you are motivated. When I started walking I could barely make it to 10 min on the treadmill and not much more outside. Today I'm happy to say it was 36 minutes. Not a marathon but progress.

    13 minutes is better than my commitment for my minimum exercise. 10 minutes is my requirement for myself. It's small enough that I can make myself do it no matter what.

    So GO YOU!!! *two big thumbs up with a huge grin at you*
