Day 1 of Lose The Belly

OK, I'm off to a good start. Today I had a fruit & spinach-filled smoothie for breakfast, a big veggie-laden salad with a hard boiled egg for lunch, and Thai chicken & vegetable curry with brown rice for dinner. Skipped my one daily Dr Pepper today. Went for a 13 minute walk - I'm not ready for the Olympic trials yet, but it's a start. :) Now we'll see how tomorrow goes - the first day is always the easiest!
