Day Four.. Trial and Error

Tried Yoga for the first time yesterday. And let me tell ya, if you aren't in shape... It's a lot harder than it looks lol!! But it felt good to stretch and test my balance and my limits. So I'll keep it up. I also added a bunch of strength workouts onto my YouTube to try everyday. Switching out between each one of those and a yoga one per day. I'm also looking into a gym membership in town that I can afford today... We'll see how that goes. Going to try and walk 20-30 mins twice a day while I have the chance. And hopefully once I start college classes, I can take a gym or yoga class as well there. :D Excited for this new week and new month!!! Excited to see what it brings and see how much I can accomplish!! I've got this!!! And you do to!! ;)
