Oh carbs, how I love to hate thee!

So, I know I'm a carboholic. To that end, I've been taking in slightly less carbs than my tracker says I need, and increasing my protein by that amount. Seems to be working.
You know how sometimes you just get a craving and nothing else will do?
Yes, tonight's supper was buttermilk pancakes, because anything else just wouldn't do. Now i feel tired and bloated. I guess that's my reminder to stick with my plan, regardless of what my cravings say - unless my cravings are for salmon, chicken stir-fry, bison burger, etc...
It's all a learning experience.
