I Don't Want You To Think Like Me - I Just Want You To Think

I share all of this information with you so that you can be Aware and So that you can Decide if you want to Shift your Own Beliefs. I do not intend to sway you to think everything I think...In fact I don't think things I used to think anymore...So I merely present information for you to decide what you would like to do with...Most of the time it is Mind expanding if nothing else...It gives you an Opportunity to Grow for having spent the time. THAT is the Objective...To get back to Using our Power of Thought/Brains - Adjusting our Paradigms (That is just a fancy word for Belief System) always making Adjustments and Changes so we Continuously Grow!

Of course I am too curious and Excited to LEARN...So I had to check out a couple of clues from the last videos that caught my attention. This is how it works...You learn one little piece of information (Or more) and you seek out Knowledge about it...

So Let's Grow!

The Facial Feedback Hypothesis

The facial feedback hypothesis states that facial movement can influence emotional experience. For example, an individual who is forced to smile during a social event will actually come to find the event more of an enjoyable experience.

Oh that sounds so Interesting! SMILE while you Read! Let's make this More Enjoyable.

Here is a Quick 1 and a half minute explanation to Introduce it to our Brains.

and another explanation for some Knowledge...2 and a half minutes.

Let's get a little more information. Are you still Smiling? BE the Influence Over Your Body. Decide to Smile and Change Your Body Chemistry! Yes! You CAN Do That!

Which leads us to looking into The Body Posture Hypothesis and Self-Perception Hypothesis as well. I just Love Clues! We'll look into those in another Blog...But feel Free to go ahead on your own and see what you can see...Know for Yourself.

I want to close with one more quick video that expresses how our Emotions release Hormones and How that has an affect on our Bodies and Beliefs...Our Emotions are in charge of Everything. Which is why it is so Important for us to go to the Source...Stop Putting the Toxins In To Begin With...By doing this one thing...Not Eating as Much Processed Foods and Eating Waaaay More Healthy Whole and Organic Foods...You are Better able to Control your Emotions because your Hormones are being Agreeable. I hope that translated well...

A quick 2 minute explanation.

So I think we can go ahead and add The Facial Feedback Theory to our Ever-Growing List of How our Emotions Dictate our Reality. I believe we will be making a few more updates in the next few days...but let us investigate first before we add to our list so we can absorb better what we are Learning. This is so Exciting to me!
